Property: Yellowish to brownish powder with
special odor and very bitter taste, soluble in 1 share of
water or ethanol, and acetone, practically insoluble in chloroform
or aether.
Specification: Conforming to the provisions
in the 3rd edition of "Food & Chemical Standard" of
FAD, "Food & Chemical Standard" of USA (1981),
and FCC-IV Standard of USA.
Uses: Mainly used as clarifying agent
for beer, wine etc., and aslo used in the processing undertakings
for such foods as containing pineapple protease.
Packing:Packed in plastic bottles with
the per-bottle capacity of 500 g; externally packed with
the cardboard box with the per-box capacity of 200 bottles.
Export products are packed in cardboard pails with the
per-pail capacity of 25 kilograms.
